    Learn the basics of AviontéBOLD along with tips and tricks on how to navigate through the system like a pro. This course lays the foundation for upcoming AviontéBOLD Front Office courses.

  • AviontéBOLD 2: Companies & Contacts
    12:30 PM CT | Duration: 60 minutes
    Learn to enter new customers and contacts into your Avionté database both manually and by using the Avionté Echo Chrome Plug-In. You will also learn how to manage their records on a day-to-day basis, create opportunities, and navigate through the sales cycles.

  • AviontéBOLD 3: Jobs & Job Postings
    2:00 PM CT | Duration: 90 minutes
    Learn how to create and edit jobs in AviontéBOLD. You will also learn to manage your widgets and templates to make the process of job creation easier and more efficient. After creating a job, you will learn about the process of posting the position online to your jobs page and to multiple partner job-sourcing sites.

Tuesday, June 11th

  • AviontéBOLD 4: Talent Management
    10:00 AM CT | Duration: 90 minutes
    Learn ways to communicate with your talent pool more efficiently and effectively. You will learn best practices for adding, managing, and engaging with talent in AviontéBOLD, including leveraging mass emailing, texting, and video interviews.

  • AviontéBOLD 5: Candidate Management
    2:00 PM CT | Duration: 60 minutes
    Learn details about candidate management. You will learn how to leverage AviontéBOLD to review web applicants, administer screening questionnaires, and use web assessments. You will also learn best practices for using the pipeline bucket, conducting pre-screening interviews, declining candidates, and submitting additional information to the client hiring manager. This course also includes assigning a candidate to a job and ending candidate assignments.
